Email Marketing
If you are reading this email, you are proof that email marketing works and continues to work. For my SEOs that follow, you know the struggle it has been for the last year or so.
It’s gotten so bad that I’ve completely ditched SEO because it’s just not worth it for small creators anymore. But the thing that has insulated this business has been my email list.
So I will continue to double down on it. And one thing I did was Spend $999 on Beehiiv that I got last month. You should try it, too.

This goes without saying, but YouTube will be my main priority all year. It’s where the people are at and that is where I’m going to be.
Long form content will continue to be the future and I want to be in front of it.
The best way to get better at YouTube is to learn storytelling and that is another focus by reading a new book…
StoryTelling
A few days ago, I told you about Matthew D’s book, “Storyworthy” which is an amazing book to learn storytelling, but I just took it to another level by starting a more recent book of his called “Stories Sell”.
This book is specifically designed to teach you how to sell using the art of stories. It’s also by Matthew D, so I would recommend checking it out as well.
Outsourcing
This one has been a life hack for me the last couple of years, but I have learned to appreciate it more in the last few months.
Building a team and a SYSTEM that can work without me the real flex with business today, and that is what I will focus on in 2025.
