I Waited 24 Days

I was able to monetize a channel in less than 24 days. From subscribers to 1,200 in 24 days.

It’s by far the fastest I’ve ever gotten to 1,000 subscribers.

Here is how I did it.

First….

Choose a big niche (or market) that had a ton of views in it. I think going "too niche" is a bad thing for content. You can truly make any idea viral if you marry it to the right markets.

Second…

I released the first 5 videos in 5 days. The idea is to have a few videos on the channel so that when people find it, they can binge, getting valuable watch time. The first videos got around 30k views after the 6th video on the channel went viral.

Third…

I spent an inordinate amount of time on the idea, title, and thumbnail. Way more than the amount of time spent on the video.

Fourth…

I shared information with other YouTubers in my premium private mastermind to talk myself out of bad ideas. Being able to bounce ideas off people helps keep me out of bad situations. To me, it's far more important to avoid bad and emotional situations rather than constantly trying to get in a good situation.

Fifth…

Consistency didn't matter at all. I posted the videos when they were ready to go.

Sixth…

I tried different video formats and recipes to see what worked and what didn't so on newer videos I new what worked.

This was a strict case study just to see if I could still do it since I hadn’t done it in a while. So it feels good, haha.
