I’m always on the lookout for a cool side gig and found something interesting.

In fact, there is a guy on Reddit that got 86k doing this side hustle… check it out below the ad.

It’s an app you can download called Sharetown.

You pick up warranty returns for “bed-in-a-box” mattresses.

These types of items cannot be returned to the manufacturer because it’s too hard and expensive.

So that is where Sharetown comes in.

You can pick up these items and resell them on the secondhand market.

The process is fairly simple:

  1. Get notified when an item needs pickup.

  2. Pick it up from the customer and store it.

  3. Put up a listing on FB Marketplace, Craigslist, or OfferUp or any secondhand market store.

  4. Give Sharetown a small cut and you are good to go to keep the difference.

Without even trying, this guy on Reddit started off with under $1k per month but scaled it to $2k and eventually $86k in a year.

This is a mainly USA-type gig, tho… but I have some alternatives in this video.

What do you think? Want to haul mattresses?
