Guess who's back

me

Ok, elephant in the room, where have I been?

I needed a break, and the beauty of running your own business is that you can do it when you want.

I’m not saying I’m making money without working, but I have put things in place that still generate revenue when I am not actively working.

But I’m back… and here we go!

During my break, I have been deep diving into YouTube and growing a few faceless channels, and I have found that although faceless works well for views. But getting sponsorships has been INSANELY annoying.

I simply have gotten brand deals on “faced” channels INFINITELY easier than faceless.

To add some value to this email, here is a framework you can use to get a sponsorship, not just on YouTube, but any socials you may have…

  1. Proactively reach out to brands, and do not be satisfied with only inbound.

  2. Do EVERYTHING you can to get them on a Zoom call to introduce yourself. You go from being text in an email to being an actual person with a face.

  3. Put together bespoke/unique pitches for every brand.

I know #3 takes time, but it’s the same reason few people show what brands pay them…

We usually have to sign a NDA where we are barred from disclosing. It’s because they won’t want anyone to know if they pay one brand $1,000 and another $10,000 for a similar audience.

Finally, don’t be afraid to pitch brands even if you have a super small audience. UGC is a real thing and if you negotiate them correctly, you can make a full time income from just brand deals.

Of course, if you want to build a social media presence worth getting brand deals, I can help with that as well!

I’m taking on a 3 to 5 people that want to build a YouTube channel. (I can’t take on more than 4, maybe 5) so respond quickly!

I haven’t hashed out particulars yet, but if you are interested, please reply and let me know and we can come up with something.
