🤑 $200k from 18k Subscribers

Meet Ryan Sneddon.

He runs a local newsletter called Naptown Scoop, and it generates $200,000 a year.

Wow.

But here is the kicker… he does it in a very specific way that we will break down in this newsletter.

BTW, I have a niche selection training that is included in the Premium Membership Community that I suggest you check out. We have a handful of people in there and are looking forward to helping others get started with a side hustle.

PPC slumps caused by Big Tech’s pixel. Upgrade your pixel❓

If your PPC campaigns are in a slump, Big Tech is the likely culprit.

They’ve weakened their tracking pixel capabilities, making it hard for you to build your Network Audiences, much less implement effective retargeting.

Don’t let your ROI suffer because Big Tech wants to pretend to care about consumer privacy!

The Smart Recognition platform brings back the glory days of PPC campaigns. Capture up to 40% of your traffic instead of the piddly percentage people are getting these days.

Pull your PPC campaigns out of that slump, speed up the growth of your Network Audiences, and get your ROI back.

Here is how Bryan is making a 6-figure income from email.

  1. Knowing his audience

  2. Running Facebook Ads

  3. Creating content every day

  4. Advertising options

Let’s break them down.

Knowing his audience

Since he runs ads to get subscribers onto his list, he knows EXACTLY who is on his list. The best ones that convert to do everything he suggests?

45+ year old women.

They are his best subscribers. Which makes sense because he talks about what’s going on through out the day and most of the are likely stay at home moms.

Running Facebook Ads

I mentioned he ran Facebook ads and he does so REALLY WELL.

His lead costs are about $1.40 per subscriber, but since he makes $200k a year with it, he makes $10 per subscriber.

That is a 86% profit margin.

Creating content every day

He started by himself, only sending a couple of times a week, but once he had money, he hired help to create content every single day, and it worked out great because it gave him more options for advertising.

Advertising Options

For email, there is a number of ways to monetize and Bryan takes care of a lot of them.

But the main one is the local businesses within Annapolis (where the local newsletter is operating), and since he sends it every day, there are plenty of chances to showcase a business within the newsletter to people in the local area.

That is genius!

So what should you do?

There are two things that I absolutely love… YouTube and Newsletters. In fact, my community is really centered around a lot of that.

So if you are interested in doing something similar… you should get started sooner rather than later!
