But there is a catch to this: You cannot just send any emails. They have to be done in a specific way if you want to make more than $1.

So, if you want to send emails and make money, you need to send emails that people actually want to read and get value and help from.

I made this mistake early on, but once I started doing stuff right, I was able to earn significant money from my email list and quit my day job.

How do you make an email valuable?

Create content online that attracts a certain audience. This means that if you like sewing, make content on sewing and send people to your email list.

If you like basketball, football, computers, games, cats, dogs… it does really matter.

When you have a group of people who are interested in one thing, you can earn revenue from them.

But not just from “selling” them stuff. That was one of the things I got wrong early on. You can monetize that audience with ads and sponsorships. This way you can concentrate on giving nothing but helpful tips and advice and not feel slighted if no one clicks the links in your emails.
